Went shopping for curtains had to return a pair previously bought & visited cafe with children & Lucy enjoyed sweet cakes & drinks
Service not worth any good reviews or stars! Shocking service yet again! Bought a sales item, washed it , dried it and went to iron it and it wasn’t a Dorma like the packaging said. Realised it wasn’t a Dorma, and went back the next day and told the staff. The manager was not helpful! Was only going to offer the money back of the item, which I thought was unfair, after I had washed and dried it. She pulled and twisted that she would give me £7 off, and then had the cheek to ask where the pillow cases were and I told them that there were none in the packaging as the packaging wasn’t what it said it was. I was in complete disbelief that she asked that as the product itself wasn’t what it was supposed to be. I went to buy an electric clothes dryer rack that had advertised that it was £40 and then I got to the till and got charged £95 which was apparently the real price. I then went on to explain that it was £40 because that’s the way it was advertised. I’ve had a terrible experience in the past when it came to bedding and returning it and the staff were rude and incompetent and didn’t seem to want to help. The house I was supposed to get fell through and I ended up with bedding I didn’t need and they wouldn’t take it back even though they had never been opened and were still brand new, and I had the receipt.
Was welcomed and instantly helped with my click and collect. 5 star service. Thank you to the 2 lovely ladies who had me in and out in minutes this morning. Perfect when you are super busy. See you again soon.
I bought a new super king-size duvet. They dropped the Mill from their name. Was it to save on lettering effort, or was it to escape from something in their past? What's hidden in the stockroom, at the very back behind the boxes
Went to pick up the click and collect order. Despite picking it up at 5pm the day after it was ordered and paid for, it wasn't even prepared and ready. The member of staff serving was clearly incompetent, having to rely on other colleagues and the manager to find items in the store to put the order together. The manager eventually had to locate items from the order themselves as the member of staff was unable to complete the task. What's worse is, upon returning home, half of the order was missing. At no point during the online checkout did the website indicate this; in fact, the website assured me that all of the items were in stock at this store, and were in surplus. At no point during the collection process did the staff alert me to the fact that half of the items missing from my collection order, were in fact missing. It was only when I received an email later regarding a refund when I got home and checked the order did I realise this. I don't know if it was because the staff clearly had no idea where most of the items in the store were or if they'd sold out of the items, because they never even let me know this was the case either way as mentioned. Had the order been prepared and put away in preparation for me coming to collect it perhaps this wouldn't have been the case. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Couldn't even organise provide a basic order in the space of a 24 hour window.
Staff were very helpful + knowledgeable. As I'm in a wheelchair the help was much appreciated.
The people who works there, were very friendly and efficient.
I would just like complement the lovely staff at your Norham Road store today from the very pleasant young chap at the door who wished me good morning to very present young lady at the checkouts. I would like to specially thank the lady in the cafe I think I was told her name was Lucie, for her Happy and helpful service. All the staff I spoke to today were a credit to your store.
